Details

What a club gets, page by page.

Every page your families see, and the Front Office that runs it all. Shown on West Georgia Misfits, live on Rally.

The Front Office on a sample club: the home screen a coach opens first, with the next game, what needs attention today, and a sidebar to every part of the club.

The Front Office

/admin

Your coaches run the whole club from here, and edit any page right where it sits. Invite-only, with a password for every coach.

  • Today: everything waiting on you, from new sign-ups to unpaid dues.
  • Game day: lineups and fielding by inning, pitch counts, and game sheets to print.
  • Practice: timed plans with drill notes, ready for the team chat.
  • Parents: receipts and welcome emails in your club's name, and reminders when you say.
  • Club email: one address that reaches every coach.
  • Recruiting: every prospect from first contact to joined.
  • Tournaments: find weekends by age, distance and date, mostly in the Southeast, with each one's all-in cost.
  • Money: the ledger, team balance, receipts and reports to print.
  • Your club: your words, colors and teams, changed in one place.

Families' details stay private.

The public site shows a first initial, a last name and a number. Everything else stays in the Front Office, and any child can be hidden in one click.

What Rally does not doGood to know before you buy.
  • You confirm payments. Payment apps don't let a site check them for you.
  • Live scores and stats need GameChanger. Without it, you post finals yourself.
  • Some tournaments go in by hand. Their organizers don't allow listings to be read.
  • Fundraiser totals are pasted in from your collection page.
  • The waiver isn't legal advice. Have your board read it.
West Georgia Misfits' home page: the team photograph behind the club's wordmark, the latest scores running across the top, and buttons for scores, joining the team and sponsoring.

Questions and answers

What happens after I pay?

We start building right away. When the site is live, we email you how to sign in. Every coach you add gets an invite from your club.

What if my club is not on GameChanger?

Everything else works. You post finals yourself. Live scores and stats need GameChanger.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, it's included. Add it when you buy or later, and we'll send the records to set it up.

Can I export my data?

Yes, your players and your gear orders. The Front Office downloads each as a spreadsheet.

Who holds the money families pay?

Your club. Families and sponsors pay you directly. Rally never touches it.

Who sees children's details?

Your coaches, plus Rally for support. The public site shows a first initial, a last name and a number.
