What Rally collects when you design and buy a club site, who handles it, how long it is kept, and how to have it corrected or deleted.
Effective October 2026. Rally Platforms LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Rally", "we"), runs rallysquads.com, and this page covers it. Each club's own site has its own privacy page for the families who use it.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address, a password, and the code we email you to confirm it when you sign up.
- Your design: the club's name, colors, words and the choices you make in the builder, and any logo, artwork or photos you upload.
- Your order: the club details you give us, such as the coaches' email addresses, the town, the season and the club's links, and from Stripe the record that you paid: the amount, the date, and Stripe's own ids for the payment and the customer. Card details go to Stripe and never reach Rally.
- Questions you send through Talk to us or to our support address: your name, email address and message.
- Visits: we count page views, and the steps people take in the builder (such as turning a page of the preview, saving a design or pressing Buy), ourselves and without cookies. We also count, in rough bands rather than seconds, how long a page stayed on screen and which parts of it were in view, which of our links moved you on (where it sat and which page it went to, not its words), and how far into the builder you got. The count keeps the page, where you came from, your kind of screen and your country or US state, never your name, email address or design; to count people rather than clicks, your browser keeps a random number that changes every day, and the lines that carry it are reduced to totals and deleted the next morning. Meta's pixel runs on these pages to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram, and it may set cookies and tell Meta you visited. Your Facebook ad settings and your browser's tracking settings can limit it. When you buy, we tell Meta that a purchase happened, with your email address scrambled (SHA-256) so it can be matched to an ad, never in plain text.
- To be left out: open rallysquads.com/?nocount=1 once and this browser is not counted again, and Meta's pixel stays off for it too. /?nocount=0 counts it again.
Why
To build and host your club's site, to email you about your order and your site, to answer your questions, and to see which of our ads work.
Who handles it
Only Rally, and the services that run Rally for us: hosting and file storage, accounts and sign-in, payments through Stripe, the email we send you, and the private workspace where your club's site is built. Meta measures our ads, as above. OpenAI runs the build assistant: what you type to it and the logos you attach go to OpenAI to be answered, and we keep none of it. When one of our functions fails, it sends a report of what went wrong and which part of the site answered to an error-reporting service, and for one request in ten how long our server took; the report never carries what you typed, your cookies or your address. Your password and card details are never part of your club's site files.
We never sell your information.
How we keep it safe
Every page and request goes over an encrypted connection. Card details go to Stripe and never reach Rally. Your password is held by our sign-in service; Rally never stores it. The sign-in cookie cannot be read by scripts on the page and ends after 30 days, or sooner if you choose. Designs and orders sit in private storage only Rally can open, and error reports never carry your name, email or what you typed.
How long we keep it
- A design saved without an account: 90 days, then it is deleted.
- A design saved to your account: until you delete it, or ask us to.
- An order that is never paid: after 30 days its artwork and photos are deleted and we email you once. The rest of the order is kept so you can come back to it.
- A paid order: for as long as your club's site runs.
- Nightly backups: 90 days, then deleted.
- Visit counts: the lines behind them until the next morning, when they become a day's totals. The totals hold no visitor and are kept.
Children
Rally's own site is for the adults who run a club. It is not meant for children. What a club's site holds about its players is covered by that club's own privacy page.
